6.1. 服务器终止与数据恢复
如果服务因未付款而被终止（已从暂停状态升级为终止状态），需要支付 €20 的恢复费用以恢复任何可用的备份数据。
请注意以下事项：
- 恢复费用必须在任何恢复尝试之前全额支付。
- 数据恢复不保证成功，仅按尽力而为的基础提供，因为已终止的实例可能没有可用的备份。
- Ava HOST SRL 对因未付款导致的服务终止而造成的数据丢失不承担任何责任。
6.2. 不提供退款的产品：
– 域名
– SSL
– 已购买子网*
* 我们不对作为独立服务器附加选项订购的已购买子网提供退款。
6.3. 独立服务器退款的特殊规则
首次购买独立服务器可以取消并退款（许可证费用除外）。
如进行退款，适用以下规则：
– 初始服务器安装 – 5 欧元。
– 退款费 – 已支付金额的 30%。
6.4. 使用 BTC 作为支付网关时的特殊退款规则
对于使用 BTC 作为支付网关的用户，制定了特殊的退款规则。以下几点说明了这一点：
– 最低退款金额：使用 BTC 作为支付网关时，AvaHost 将最低退款金额设定为 $100。
– 退款费：任何退款金额均需支付 $20 的固定费用。
– 例外情况：低于 $100 的退款无法通过 BTC 处理，需要采用替代退款方式，例如 USDT。使用 USDT TRC20 也会产生 $5 的退款费，不设最低金额限制。
– 交易确认：在处理 BTC 退款之前，需要确保符合最低金额要求并考虑费用。
AvaHost 重视其客户，并致力于根据既定规则和费用提供公平透明的退款条件。
6.5. 循环付款、账单日期和取消责任
– 循环（自动）付款在服务期限到期日期前一天收取。
– 启用循环付款的客户如不再希望继续该服务，完全负责取消循环付款。
– Ava HOST SRL 不对因未及时取消而自动扣款的付款提供退款（包括遗忘的取消）。
– 所有循环费用一经处理即为最终费用，不可退款。
