可接受使用政策

1. 一般信息

欢迎来到 Ava HOST SRL！我们的可接受使用政策（AUP）概述了管理我们托管服务使用的条款和条件。使用我们的服务即表示您同意遵守本政策。本 AUP 旨在确保公平且负责任地使用我们的服务，为所有用户营造安全可靠的在线环境。

2. 范围

本政策适用于 Ava HOST SRL 提供的所有服务，包括但不限于 web hosting、virtual private servers (VPS) 及相关服务。

3. 目的

本 AUP 的目的是概述用户在使用我们的服务时可接受和不可接受的行为。我们的目标是维护我们网络和基础设施的完整性、安全性和质量。

3.1. 禁止行为

严禁我们的服务用户从事以下任何活动：

– Spam ;

– DDoS / AMP scanning / IP Spoofing / MAC flooding / DoS & IP-Header Modification;

– Hacking / Botnet / RATs / Ransomware;

– Fraud / Scam / Phishing / Carding anything related;

– TOR Exit Relays;

– Child Pornography, animal porn, models under the age of 18;

– Malware / Exploits / Viruses;

– Fraudulent sites, as well as redirects to such sites;

– Any activity that may lead to IP blacklisting (SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop, Blocklist, anti-virus databases and any other blacklists).

3.2. 我们的 VPS 中的禁止行为

除上述内容外，使用我们 Virtual Private Server (VPS) 服务的用户还必须遵守以下规定：

• Unauthorized access or attempts to access the host node or other VPS instances.

• Resource abuse, which can manifest in various forms such as excessive CPU utilization, memory hogging, or network saturation, poses a significant threat to the stability and functionality of other VPS instances sharing the same infrastructure. It not only disrupts the performance of neighboring instances but also strains the overall network, leading to degraded service quality for all users. As responsible users of VPS hosting, it’s essential to monitor and optimize resource usage to ensure fair and equitable access for everyone. This proactive approach fosters a collaborative environment where each user’s needs are met without compromising the integrity of the hosting infrastructure. For failure to comply with the rules on “restraint in Resource abuse” Ava HOST reserves the right to suspend the service

• Installation or distribution of malicious software or scripts.

• Running services that may cause network degradation, including but not limited to open proxies or email relays.

3.3. 不允许 Web Hosting 共享过度使用

对于 shared web hosting 用户来说，在资源消耗方面必须有所节制，因为过度使用会显著影响整个托管环境的稳定性和性能。这不仅限于 CPU、内存或磁盘空间的使用，还包括任何会给共享基础设施带来压力的活动。遵守这些准则，用户将为所有人带来和谐且可靠的托管体验。若未遵守关于“restraint in Resource abuse”的规则，Ava HOST 保留暂停服务的权利

4. 违规

任何违反本 AUP 的行为都可能导致服务暂停或终止，具体由 Ava HOST SRL 决定。我们也可能将任何非法活动报告给相关主管部门。

5. 权利保留

Ava HOST SRL 保留随时修改或更新本 AUP 的权利。用户有责任定期查看本政策并保持合规。

6. 停止服务

Ava HOST SRL 保留在未事先通知的情况下停止服务或终止、封锁、暂停任何被发现违反本 AUP 的账户的权利。在此类情况下，不提供任何退款。
