Notifuse groups email operations into workspaces containing contacts, lists, reusable templates, broadcast campaigns, and transactional notifications. A product can call its transactional API after a user event, while marketers can prepare targeted broadcasts for selected lists and segments. Templates supply the reusable structure and dynamic fields used by both message types.
The upstream application connects to external sending providers such as Amazon SES, Mailgun, Postmark, SendGrid, Mailjet, SparkPost, or SMTP. Notifuse stores campaign definitions, contact profiles, event data, and delivery records, while the selected provider performs the actual message transmission.
