Workspaces, collections, nested tags, starring, archiving, and bulk actions help separate active reading from reference material. The viewer remembers reading position, while progress indicators make it easier to resume long reports or books from another device.

The editor can add text, highlights, drawings, and signatures to a PDF. Highlights and comments also have dedicated management views, and selected documents or collections can be shared through links or QR codes with optional access controls. These tools organise and annotate existing PDFs; they do not replace source-document editing, document conversion, formal records retention, or specialist redaction review.
