How My Idlers works
My Idlers stores structured records for virtual and dedicated servers, shared and reseller hosting, seedboxes, domains, DNS services, and miscellaneous subscriptions. Each record gives the owner one place for provider details, dates, pricing, locations, and notes that would otherwise be distributed across invoices, bookmarks, and spreadsheets. Server records can also hold selected benchmark information for comparison.
The workspace is an inventory rather than an active monitoring system. It does not poll every service for uptime, renew a domain, or pay a provider invoice. Its value comes from keeping service records current and reviewing approaching dates through the application. Data export provides a route for retaining or analysing the inventory outside the interface.

AvaHost provisions the database with the application, but MariaDB remains unmanaged and its memory sits outside the exported application minimum.
My Idlers has no separate application fee in the catalogue, and the database-adjusted recommendation is Plan 2 at €5. The hosted My Idlers package combines one-click setup, a custom HTTPS hostname, automatic application updates, and scheduled backups. Application email is disabled, so emailed renewal notices and email-based recovery are unavailable; review dates inside the dashboard and retain the owner credentials securely.

A custom domain can point to the My Idlers workspace, with automated HTTPS applied after the DNS records resolve. After a change, verify owner sign-in, record pages, exports, and any bookmarks that still reference the earlier address.
Application email is disabled on AvaHost, so the hosted installation cannot send renewal notices or email-based recovery messages.
