How Baserow works

Baserow organises information into workspaces, databases, tables, fields, and rows. A table can hold text, numbers, dates, files, links to other records, formulas, and other supported field types. Users choose views that present the same underlying records as a grid, form, gallery, kanban board, calendar, or another available layout.

Relationships connect tables without duplicating every detail. Filters, sorts, grouping, and field visibility let each team member focus on the records relevant to a task. Forms collect new data through a public or shared interface, while permissions control who can see or change the workspace.

Key Baserow features

The database builder gives nondevelopers a spreadsheet-like way to design structured records. Linked fields and formulas add relational logic, and views provide different perspectives without creating separate copies of the dataset. Imports help teams move existing CSV or spreadsheet data into a controlled workspace.
